We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance and Support Specialist to join our team and continue the growth of the company. As part of the engineering team, you will work closely with the field staff and the customers to ensure support for our web, mobile and embedded applications. You will be involved in continuous product improvement, contributing to maintaining the highest level of quality for our future growth and ensuring our product meets the established standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tests on new product features to evaluate technical specifications;
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of XpertSea product features and technical troubleshooting processes. Stay informed of technological advances;
  • Develop and implement software quality assurance standards;
  • Conduct ongoing follow-up with engineering regarding product performance, stability, quality and compatibility at all stages of the product's life cycle;
  • Document technical support tickets, provide updates, troubleshoot technical problems, perform analysis and implement performance and process improvements;
  • Proactively work with field staff and engineering teams to facilitate communication and resolve technical issues;
  • Work collaboratively with the customer success team to manage customer expectations. Be the point of contact for support to escalate technical issues;
  • Develop and deliver training on new products to partners, customer success team and other product specialists;
  • Provide support for the web application, mobile application and XperCount electronic device.

Minimum qualifications

  • Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy;
  • Analytical and advanced diagnostic and network problem-solving skills;
  • Enjoy innovating in a field of new technologies;
  • Be meticulous and methodical;
  • Be curious and have a great capacity for learning;
  • Ability to propose constructive and permanent solutions while being proactive in the investigation of technical problems;
  • Strong communication, verbal and written skills;
  • Advanced French/English.

Desirable assets

  • Professional experience in software quality assurance;
  • Experience with support tracking tools;
  • Experience with Jira;
  • Knowledge of Spanish.
