XpertSea is currently seeking a Marketing Director to contribute to our international growth. You will play a key role in overseeing all marketing activities. You will leverage your team’s expertise to promote the brand, generate leads and act as an internal marketing agency.


  • Together with the Chief Revenue Officer, determine marketing objectives and strategies (including branding) for the company and its products; establish the international plan and direct its implementation
  • Efficiently lead and supervise flawless implementation of traditional and digital strategies to build a distinct and strong brand
  • Plan, hire, manage on a daily basis and train, evaluate and mobilize all team resources
  • Assess the brand’s business performance based on set criteria and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop the brand’s positioning to reach short, medium and long-term corporate objectives
  • Ensure the company’s visibility and recognition; manage its image while reflecting its values
  • Oversee constant generation of leads to contribute to the company’s revenues
  • Manage internal marketing and communications departments
  • Maintain solid relationships with product management and sales teams by providing them with marketing directions, support and expertise
  • Promote the company’s brand image and products and services strategies; communicate the company’s voice and its brand image to all markets
  • Manage copywriting, design, proofreading and translation of all promotional material and presentations (brochures, signage, content, web content, etc.)
  • Manage business relationships with external partners and collaborators involved in marketing and communications
  • Improve and develop all Internet-related content (website, social media, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent tone and visuals based on the company’s graphic style guide
  • Establish action and production timelines
  • Define, develop and implement various promotional strategies aimed at increasing sales
  • Measure and analyze the impact of actions taken; participate in the creation of campaign reports and assessments, and disseminate results to participating partners
  • Lead by example and demonstrate the company’s values (humility, reliability, innovation and caring)

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or related training
  • 5+ years experience in a management role
  • Proven successful experience in a similar role
  • Creative and strategic vision
  • International expertise
  • Skilled in project, budget and event management
  • Good knowledge of multichannel strategies and social media management for an international brand
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken). Spanish an asset.
